Right to Monitor

H&W reserves the right to monitor and/or review materials, in whole or in part, posted to social media accounts linked to H&W. H&W is not responsible for any material posted by users.

H&W reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any legal or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials that we find objectionable or in violation of our Terms of Use or against the law.

We may also impose limits on certain features of the forums or restrict your access to part or all of the forums without notice or penalty if we believe you are in breach of these guidelines.

Newsletter 

When you create a newsletter account with H&W, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on the H&W website.

You are responsible for safeguarding any passwords that may be required at any time to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose any passwords to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
